Nut butters are one of the most versatile food out there loaded with good fats & protein~ Adding 1~2 spoon of nut butter to your meal not only make it tastes better, it also helps you stay satiated for longer!

Here are 10 quick and easy ways to enjoy nut butter!
☕️ COFFEE
If you love creamy coffee, add 1~2 tbsp of nut butter!
🥯 TOAST/BREAD
Spread nut butter on toast or your favorite bread for a quick fix. You can add sliced fruits for extra fibers. I highly recommend adding a few drops of sriracha. Yes, sriracha goes well with nut butter!
🥤 SMOOTHIE
Make a protein packed smoothie by adding 1-2 tbsp of nut butter into your blender. I love to blend it with frozen banana with a splash of almond milk = nicecream 🍨
🥣 OATMEAL
Adding nut butter to your oatmeal will enhance the flavor and create a silky-smooth texture.
🍘 CRACKERS
The most no brainer snack idea - sandwich it between your favorite crackers!
🍌 BANANA
Sliced banana is a healthier option than using crackers. If you don't like banana, you can try it on apple or any other fruits you like.

Grab a spoon of nut butter & sprinkle some granola on top...creamy & crunchy!

I simplified A Couple Cook's "no bake bliss bites" recipe for this one. Just 5 ingredients: coconut oil, coconut syrup, salt, rolled oats, & nut butter. Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving.
🥛 OVERNIGHT OATS
Overnight oats are great for those who are health-conscious, but don't have time to make breakfast.
Also just 5 ingredients: almond milk, chia seeds, coconut syrup, rolled oats, & nut butter. Easy peasy!
🥄 SPOON
The best way to eat nut butter is to eat it directly with a spoon! 😋
